HYDRO MARK FLUO - WATER-BASED FORESTRY MARKER [6-12 MONTHS]
More environmentally-friendly thanks to its water-based formulation
containing more than 25% water, HYDRO MARK FLUO offers a performance
comparable to that of FLUO MARKER®.
For short and medium term marking of trees for felling, wood for thinning,
temporary delimitation of plots, wood lots during sales, lumber inventories,
sawmill product inventories...
PROPERTIES
• Can be used on all tree species, young or old, standing or felled, smooth, rough or cracked bark • Odourless
• High visibility even from a distance thanks to its strongly uorescent formula
• Drying time from 5 minutes to 1 hour depending on temperature, humidity and application conditions
• Temperature range: from +5°C to 50°C
• Recommended relative humidity < 85%, the paint remains sensitive to water (rain) until it is completely dry
• Particularly good covering power
• Long marking duration: at least 6 months, depending on the application conditions, surface and UV exposure.
SPECIFICATIONS
Composition
Binder: uses oil-based alkyd resins produced from the reuse of plant raw materials ( axseed,
rapeseed).
Pigments: mineral and organic, free from lead and cadmium.
Solvents: blend of water and alcohol, free from chlorinated solvents and aromatic compounds.
Propellant: dimethyl ether (DME).
Application method
Manually or using our purpose-designed application equipment (forestry grip see p.22)
Before use (head up): shake vigorously
After use: purge head down
Do not apply to wet surfaces or at temperatures below 5°C
